Impact Of Immigration On Public Services

Listen again to BBC Radio 4’s The Westminster Hour which interviewed people, such as MP Frank Field (Lab) and Migrationwatch Chairman, Sir Andrew Green, about the ability of Britain to cope with the large numbers of people who have come to this country in recent years. The programme specifically addresses the impact of migrants on public services and the economy.

Many of the most heavily impacted public service authorities will be taking a close interest in the House of Lords Economic Affairs Committee which is examining evidence of the economic impact of immigration on the UK.
