A migrant deported back to Albania after arriving in Britain on a small boat has urged his fellow countrymen not to make the same journey, warning that he had faced “an unimaginable terror” which left him in thousands of pounds of debt.

The man, given the name Artan to protect his identity, said Albanians trying to travel to the UK were better off trying to get a visa to come here legally.
